Problem statement

The customer has requirement of designing new vibration sensor product.

Implementation

We successfully designed and developed Vibration Sensor HW, Embedded SW, and Enclosure ID design for Industrial Machine Condition monitoring applications. The Embedded HW is designed with Linux 5.4 OS-based embedded HW ARM Cortex A5 with 250MB RAM, 32MB Flash, 16GB Micro SD, and Dual-band WiFi a/b/g/n.

Use case

This is used for machine vibration and noise acquisition, analysis, and predict potential failures in gears, motor shafts, and electrical motors.

Wear Monitoring Device

Problem statement

The customer has a requirement of IoT-based Wear monitoring part of their key pipeline product.

Implementation

We successfully worked with Major Indian Industrial manufacturers for building their Wireless IoT Wear Monitoring Device in the R&D partnership model.

Use case

This is used to measure critical thickness so that predictive maintenance can be planned.

Problem statement

We successfully worked with a Major MNC company for building Smart AI/ML Audio-based Pest Sense Device in R&D partnership model.

Use case

This is used to classify the sounds with AI/ML technology at the edge device without Internet.

Field Testing Device

Problem statement

The customer has a requirement of designing an NB-IoT/Cat-M1 telecom Field Testing Device.

Implementation

We successfully worked with Japanese customer on product engineering of their wireless Field Testing Device. Designed NB-IoT/Cat-M1 + Nano-SIM HW board, enclosure ID design, and Embedded SW based on FreeRTOS. Fabricated and supplied the units at PoC volumes.

Use case

This device is used for telecom RF measurement applications.

SENSOR SERVER

Cloud Sensor Server Application Design.


Problem statement:

The customer has a requirement of designing Cloud-based Patient health Sensor data from deployed Sensor Watches.

Implementation:

We successfully worked with Australian customer on designing the Sensor Server Cloud Application which collects real-time sensor data from Sensor Watches and does patient care analytics of their wireless IOT product.

TUNE APP

HTTP API Bridge Server.


Problem statement:

The customer has a requirement of reducing a huge of sensor requests coming to their HTTP Server and offload some of the data monitoring loads to dedicated Middleware Server. This Middleware server need to reduce the server load by sending qualified sensor requests to the HTTP server.

Implementation:

We successfully worked with our customers on solving the requirement of HTTP API bridge application based on TUNE App Server in R&D partnership model. We designed a TCP middleware server on top of Eoxys TUNE App Server to work real-time on sensor requests from all deployed sensors.
a. Has TCP-based socket communication with all sensors.
b. Collects the sensor requests from each deployed sensor.
c. Has to use configurable TCP data filters, data alarm condition detection blocks.
d. Exports the qualified sensor requests to as HTTP APIs of the HTTP Server.

This Cloud application is used for reducing loads of centralized data server.

FUEL MONITORING SERVER

Fuel Level Monitoring Application Design on Edge Gateway.


Problem statement:

The customer has a requirement of designing a Fuel Level Sensor data collection application to wirelessly collect Fuel Level sensor data via BLE at the Edge Gateway and export the sensor data to HTTP/MQTT server via APIs.

Implementation:

We successfully worked with our customer on designing the Fuel Level Sensor Application which scans and collects real-time fuel level data from Fuel level sensors. Deployed this application on Raspberry PI3 and utilized its BLE capability to collect data from sensors. The data is exported to the HTTP/MQTT server via the WiFi/ETH interface.
1. Has BLE based Interface used native Bluetooth stack.
2. Scans and collects the Fuel level sensor data from each sensor.
3. Exports the data via HTTP/MQTT APIs.

Tech stack

Used Springboot, Java, Angular, HTML5, MySQL technology stack along with c-based BLE lib module.

Use case:

This application is used for centralized BLE Scan, data collection and processing for BLE sensors at the edge Gateway.

The customer has a requirement of Cloud Application for innovative Advertisement.

Implementation

This is a central Cloud Application catering to Digital Campaign Management. Caters to multiple user groups like end devices, device owners, campaign owners, admin users,..etc. Serves the campaign to all subscribed devices and manages the impressions and analytics.
